We’ve brewed up two batches of beer so far for 2011 (as of this writing anyway, 1/3/2011): one was brewed in December and will be packaged and ready for consumption soon and the other was brewed on New Year’s Day. The New Year’s batch, of a chocolate porter base beer, will actually be two different flavors: a half batch each of a chocolate+vanilla cream porter and a chocolate+raspberry Belgian porter.
